Abstract

Le syndrome des ongles jaunes représente un ensemble de symptômes polymorphes, souvent inconstants, associant des altérations unguéales, un lymphoedème et des épanchements pleuraux. Nous rapportons le cas d'un patient de 25 ans qui a présenté à l'âge de 20 ans un lymphoedème ayant précédé de deux mois la coloration jaune opaque des ongles.
